<p>Hello guys, I got admitted into Penn State University Park in Undecided Engineering around the end of November for Fall 2011. My first question has to do with when the visa papers will be mailed to me (I have paid the 300$ the day I got accepted) and also if there is a possibility of changing my major to something that has to do with computer science (without losing any year and completing in 4 years).</p>
