<p>Do i need to be a full time student when i apply?
When can i apply and how early could i transfer?</p>

<li>The deadline for Fall 2009 is passed, but the deadline for Winter is June 30th. I don't know if Cal Poly admits lower division transfers (<60 units by deadline), if they do you can transfer with any amount of units, but your high school record is considered.</li>
