<p>I'm on campus a lot and this is not the norm. </p>
<p>Some options: If they weren't wearing jackets with their shirts & ties, I'm guessing you saw the Prep school students walking through campus. Most of the seniors park the the Univeristy parking lot & have to walk from the lot to the Prep school, early in the a.m. and again at 2:00-2:30 or so. Prep students start wearing jackets with the shirts & ties in October.</p>
<p>Another option may be that CBA had a speaker on campus and then the CBA students would wear business attire. But I'm going to guess you saw the Prep students.</p>
