well its good that ur challenging urself looks like u're the smartest dude in ur county/school by far and u take outside courses/get involved so i'd say u can still...u know, like, go to ur dream collge or soumthing.

I love block schedule. I like actually being able to do something versus just getting started in a discussion and then having the period be over, except with my English class I took last year. The teacher was insanely annoying. I got in trouble with the main office because of something I didn't do once in that class.

Yeah I have the block schedule and our classes are 90-100 mintues. Pretty annoying.

Yeah... but I'm still looking for ways to make myself stand out. sigh

I have 1 75 minute course in person each semester... the other school day I have to allocate for my other 3-4 classes. I like online classes because I don't waste my time in classes where a lot of time is spent on trivial things.

Are you kidding me?

You're already one of the top ones, and reading your original post of all your classes/activities...if that doesn't make you stand out, I don't know what does.

since you seem to like math I suggest one of those olympiad stuff I've heard of, but that sounds really tough...haha.

Don't worry, you're really smart for your age...if you're still "looking for ways" and worried, I don't know what the rest of us should do... ;)

Yeah... I hope to take the AMC and the Physics test thingy... but this is going to be my luck:

Rejected at NCSSM, graduate early because I'd have to.

Colleges will be looking at my applications:

Very good grades, a lot of ECs, and very challenging courses let's read the recommendations:

Counselor: Aigiqinf has gone through a lot with his parents... he is very smart and wants to go to Harvard (Written on every application LOL!)

Teachers: Aigiqinf is a very smart student, who's involved in a lot of clubs... I think it might even be 5! He would be very successful at your school.

LOL And if I get into NCSSM I probably won't stand out enough for a good recommendation!

I have block schedule too. It's definitely annoying when you have a blow off class, because you get stuck doing busy work for a good hour at least.

HAHAHHA aigiqinf, I like how you quote people who spell your name wrong.

I can make fun of you for being pretentious now that I like you and think your pretentiousness is cute, right? XD

I remember last year reading the threads on the board and debating if i should post anything. Didn't want anyone to tell me your only a freshman.

I got a 3.95 uw freshman year. I also had 2 EC one was really fun where we went surfing every month. This summer I also got a paid internship.

As for next year schedule I have to do that on August 10.
