I never partied freshman year. Big mistake. I want to at least get some form of college experience. Problem is the friends I made didn’t like to party, and now I have or rather don’t know anyone who parties. So people from CU Boulder, how do I weasel my way into a frat party and such? I don’t want to waste another college year.
I think you just walk to the hill and walk into any party you want. But you may find thats a waste of time, to be honest.
Depends what you want out of college. You may want to think more about your major, and what you want to do with your life now. It will pay off later. You have the rest of your life to party, and frankly many jobs are very easy and boring, you will have plenty of time to party later. Spend time finding a faculty to work with on a research project in
your sophomore year, its important and a lot more fun than getting drunk or high at a party. You then will get invited to parties with grad students, if you work for one, in a research group. That will build lasting friends, and not just one night stands and substance abuse fun!
With Halloween coming up, there will be lots of parties. Ask a friend to go to one with you. Go tailgating in Ralphie’s Corral. Look for posters around campus announcing parties or events. Many clubs may host parties too, and the purpose isn’t to get drunk but to socialize with the club members.
Go to the football game, which is one big party.
