<p>Apartment parties do happen, but for the most part it’s fairly quiet. People do tend to be friendly if you make an effort to get to know them though, so I wouldn’t count it out altogether, although it is definitely less social since the apartments aren’t suite hall style, but are actually built like real apartments.</p>
