Sophomore Rushing

Hi, I'm a current freshman in SAS. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with rushing their first semester of sophomore year? I rushed, but I didn't pledge anywhere because I thought I wouldn't have the time. Now, I'm really wishing I had rushed. What is sophomore rushing/pledge like? And do you feel separated from the rest of the brothers because you didn't go through initiation and the process with them and you don't live at the house?

Thank you!

Many brothers pledge sophomore year… it’s no big deal, really. Fall pledging is typically smaller and so you get to know your fellow pledges a lot better. You miss out on some stuff, but it has its value!

A lot of sophomores rush and do pledging, without a problem.
For sororities, however, rushing as a sophomore is usually more difficult unless you are a transfer.
