Sophomore Transfer W/O TTP?

I was wondering if anyone has any information regarding sophomore transfers at USC that do not have the Trojan Transfer Plan. I have questions along the lines of:
-Does USC accept more sophomores or juniors?
-How many people get in sophomore year w/ TTP vs. W/O TTP

On the USC transfer profile it says that about 30% of transfers are legacies (entailing that about 70% did not have TTP) but I am pretty sure there are a small amount of applicants that also receive TTP that are not legacies but I do not know the answer to how many get that either. Pretty much if you have any info along these lines please let me know. I am already aware that in general it is easier to transfer as a junior because you have more college credits and such so I don’t need information encouraging me to apply as a junior or anything like that. I am specially looking for answers regarding TTP. Thank you

In the 2018 year, specifically, I know of 3 Non TTPs who transferred and were admitted as sophomores. They all had almost a 4.0 GPA in their college freshman years. One was from a UC, one from Azusa Pacific University and the 3rd from Oregon State University. There were a few others, but I don’t know what their GPA’s were. If you want to transfer as a Non TTP sophomore, fulfill as much of the USC GE and other course requirements as possible and get as close to a 4.0 GPA as you can. It is no guarantee, but it helps.
