<p>Has anyone ever been able to successfully transfer into any UC campus as a sophomore, or a CSU campus?
I know that you can only transfer in as a junior with 90 quarter/60 semester units, but I've heard about people who were able to transfe before that all.</p>
<p>UCI accepts transfers of nearly any level. Every other UC doesn’t allow it.</p>
<p>I’m not really familiar with the policies for the CSUs, but at UCI the priority still goes to junior level transfers. Why not just take the rest of the required units at a CCC? If nothing else, it’s certainly cheaper. You’re much more competitive if you’re applying as a junior level applicant.</p>
<p>That said, it’s not impossible to transfer as a sophomore, just highly unlikely. You can look on statfinder; the % of accepted sophomore transfers is very low.</p>
