<p>I read online that both of these schools have small % of girls in sororities, does anyone have any experience with greek life at these schools? Are the sororities active? Do the girls live together? Thanks.</p>

<p>I’m in a sorority at Oneonta, and greek life is pretty big here. There are tons of sororities (recognized and unrecognized) and it’s hard to find parties after rush week if you aren’t in greek life because they are all closed. There are no sorority houses because back in the 1800s or something the town made a law that more than 5 girls living together was considered a brothel, and they’re not going to change it I’m sure. But it’s definitely fun and I recommend getting involved! If you have any other questions feel free to send me a message :)</p>
