How are the sororities at Binghamton? which are most popular/party the most/do most community service/have tightest knit girls etc. I heart sigma delta theta is good but I have no idea. Any input would be great!

Sororities are not a large part of Binghamton social life. They do exist, but they are not very prominent at all. I honestly do not know any of the names or reputations of these student groups. I’m sure it’s a rewarding experience for those who find and join the groups but it’s just not very visible.

I feel that the Greek life at Binghamton is fairly balanced. It’s big enough that if you wanted to get involved, you could; but it’s also small enough that if you’re not part of it, there are still plently of other things to do around campus. I’m personally not involved with Greek life but I have a few friends who are. It’s really about your personal opinion of what you want to do. I don’t know the specifics of the sororoties here, but there are events where you can get to know each one and the people in them. Also, just so you know, you can’t join Greek life until you’ve completed one semester.
