Sorry for this cliched question but what are my chances of getting into an ivy league university ?

I am a student from India. I have a SAT score of 2380. I scored 95% in 11th and have a predicted score of 95+ for 12th.
Sat subject tests:
Math2=800/800
Physics=800/800
APs=
Computer science A=5
Statistics=5
Calculus= 5

I am an avid programmer. I know 4 programming languages. Have an app and a website.

Based on the limited information here, you’re a credible candidate. But these schools take only a small percent of credible candidates, and even fewer internationals. So, you might get in to an Ivy, but it’s a long shot.

. . . and there is also the critical question of viable financing; FA (either merit or need based) is FAR more difficult for international applicants (although, a few Ivies are exceptions to this generalization).

To be honest with you, almost all of the candidates applying from India look just like you on paper:

High SAT scores
High marks/GPA
Almost all are interested in either Computer Science or Engineering

So having a few apps and being an avid programmer is not going to cut it at the top tier schools. You need to find some other way to distinguish yourself.

^what @sgopal2 said. Your scores/marks are good, but top schools usually look for more than that.

I’ve seen it said that a domestic kid with perfect scores has a 5% chance.

You are a candidate but you might do better to apply to some schools that offer aid to internationals; where you’ll be one of the smartest students. I think U of Alabama is mentioned as giving aid to international students. You can go to graduate school at an Ivy and if you go for a PHD, those are usually funded. Good luck.

Academic wise, I think that you are good to go. However, there isn’t anything that sets you apart from the 35K applications or so that a few Ivies receive every year. Unless you do something big, odds are, you are going to get rejected.
