So on the secondary school report they ask for current courses. Do they mean the courses you took during your senior year? or current courses in college? Pretty confused about that.
Any ideas?

Thanks!

They do mean the courses you took senior year. I don’t think the Common app changed the wording from the version of the from seniors in HS use to the form transfers use, creating the confusion.

Thanks!
Yeah, it was confusing…

wait, does it require your high school counselor to sign off?

^^^Yes it does.

Thanks for the info. But do schools expect that high school counselors aren’t likely to remember the applicant? (I doubt mine forgot about me…but I seriously don’t think she remembers much about me.)

Yeah… I was kinda wondering the same thing…

It was a HUGE hassle for me to get this form filled out. I graduated through a distance learning school so I could travel abroad, so I never met any of my counsellors. The form as it is on the common app is the same one that HS students fill out, its not changed at all for college transfers. Kind of a joke, in my opinion.

It’s hard when you’ve been out of HS for awhile. Usually if it’s just been a year or two they have your old forms on file and just copy them and send.
