Secondary School Report - Urgent question

I sent my Secondary School Report (from Common App) to my high school. The guidance counsellor said that she can't fill it in because the TOP HALF of the form says I should fill in "current college courses" and I put my university courses.

The BOTTOM HALF of the form is where she needs to fill in class size/gpa etc from high school.

Did she misread the form or am I doing something wrong in filling it out?

Really really worried and please reply!! :(

You might have sent her the college official’s report instead of the secondary school report.

On the secondary school report, there is a section for “current year courses”, but those would be your high school courses, not your college courses, and I believe the common app automatically leaves that section blank. I think the secondary school report is the same one that first year applicants have to get at the end of the school year, which is why that space is there.

So should I put my high school courses? Or leave it blank?

I believe you should leave it blank, because a) that’s what the common app has automatically done, and you shouldn’t need to put additional info if they don’t already fill it in for you, b) if the colleges really require it, it will be on ur secondary school transcript anyways and c) your high school courses aren’t your “current year” courses. Just my two cents :)

Leave it blank. You are not taking any current courses at the hs. That is what that space is for.
