looking at USC Columbia vs UNC. I liked USC campus much more and they have an undergrad major in accounting whereas UNC does not. Any thoughts on Darla Moore School of business. I have heard some very good things about it from various research sites. That is a gorgeous campus too.... thanks

UNC Kenan-Flagler is a top 10 undergraduate business school. USC Moore isn’t in the top 100.

I would consider USC if it was substantially cheaper…that’s probably the only reason.

For business, you wouldn’t mention those two in the same breath. Nevertheless, there might be compelling reasons for you to chose USC–if, for example, you’re set on being an accountant; you are dead-set on being involved in Greek life; and/or USC was much less expensive.

UNC v. USC. Both have good business schools–USC is especially strong in international area. However, UNC is way better known and that will help in getting a job/MBA. By doing accounting you are narrowing your options. Look at Finance, general Business, economics. Good luck!

Accounting is a much better major than finance or genl business A CPA is respected. You can’t get the financial statement training in any other major.
