Just a heads up for those of you auditioning Feb 22-23rd at FSU, you might want to buy your Spamalot tickets now, as I hear they are going fast. What better way to see this amazing program in action! My D is a freshman (and in the production) and I can tell you that she missed the musical during her audition last year and regrets it! I don’t think we can post links in here but if you google theatre fsu Spamalot it will come up for you - their ticket office is super helpful. Break a leg:)

I saw the show last night for opening and the cast really seemed to be having a great time; it was nicely done. The tickets are very close to a sell-out, but the box office does begin a stand by list one hour before curtain.

My D(high school junior) and I visited FSU this weekend. We live in Florida and she’s always dreamed of going to college out of state, but after seeing Spamalot, FSU has moved to the top of her list. We were very impressed by the level of talent in the cast, everyone was amazing. The campus is lovely as well, hoping to return next year to catch the next musical, and for auditions of course.

Thank you for the heads up LuvMTs! With everything going on, didn’t even think of looking to see if there was a musical this weekend. Got our tickets last night! Hardly any tix left- got last row but my D is very excited to be able to watch this production while we’re there.

So good to hear-- My Freshman D is in the show and is having a ball - plus I hear it’s fabulous! If you have any questions, let me know and I’ll connect you guys.

Thanks! Looking forward to it tonight. Audition tomorrow. My D is a bit nervous about the dance call. We’ve heard it’s one of the hardest dance auditions.

BAL today! It’s a school very well known for dance skills, however there are kids who have other strengths there, so I would say have fun and just enjoy the experience. Hoping for the rain to stop:) There’s another show today if you need something to distract you. Also great spots to eat southern food and sea food. I’ll be down there enjoying it soon too.
