<p>My school has a lot of spirit, especially when people can wear hats without getting in trouble.</p>
<p>We have Spirit Week for the whole school in November... no dressing up or anything, but there are tons of games between the classes, hall decorations, and Powderpuff football.</p>
<p>Then we have senior spirit week, actually its this week. Only seniors dress up...
Monday: Pajama Day
Tuesday: Hat Day
Wednesday: Decade Day
Thursday: Dress up Day
Friday: Toga Day... yeah this one is my favorite and I can't wait!</p>
<p>Our spirit week is more athletics related. We make special t-shirts and have interesting contests like a beard growing contest(We're an all guys school). Other activites include practicing the cheers for our big hockey game. The last day of the week is a pep ralley and a bon fire and then a tailgate at the arena before our big hockey game with our fiercest rival. #1 and #2 teams in the state.</p>
<p>School spirit is a way of life in my school.</p>
<p>I unfortunately was sick for most my first spirit week(but most people dont participate at my old school) but since we go to private school w/ uniforms this year next week(we have ours next week) tho we have:
Monday: Dress up day...u wear formal wear...nice clothing u dont have to where a ball gown/tux but its dress up day...
Tuesday: HAT DAY..only day a year were allowed to where hats...at my old hs we could wear hats ne day of the weekk..
wednesday: my club the one in charge couldnt think of ne ideas so we just did: bagel day we pay for a bagel ahead of time(yup retarded) and we get a bagel that day...nothing interesting.
Thursday: dress down day...WE can wear ne thing we want! and i cannot wait b/c im getting jeans from my sisters company tommorow signed by alexis bledel(favorite actress and Rory on Gilmore GIrls) and thats what im wearing
Friday: I Dont remember...and im in the club..all ive been thinking about is dress up and dress down day lately</p>
<p>ours is always the week after presidents day weekend so it's only a 4 day week and we have different stuff every year... some of them are like color day where each grade has a different color to wear, i can't remember other ones</p>
<p>then every year we have a (really random) volleyball tournament which is like 7th grade vs 8th, 9th vs 10th, etc and the srs play against the faculty. it's fun, random (we don't even have a volleyball team) but fun</p>

<p>we also have uniforms so they dont want us dressing down too often</p>
<p>Hey, I have none a year. I like I said, school spirit is nonexistant at my school. We blame it on our crappy football team.</p>
<p>We're on our third one for the year.</p>
<p>Crappy football team? Our football team is crappy. Except, they actually won 3 games this year, which sucked. They didn't win any my frosh or soph years (they won once when I was in 8th grade), and I wanted to be able to say that they never won a game. A very disappointing season.</p>
<p>We usually have 2 a year, but apparently the cheerleaders were too lazy to organize a second one so we just had one..</p>
<p>Stud Co does our spirit weeks.</p>
<p>My friend will be the cheerleading captain next year, and she's going to be all hardcore about improving spirit, so that's exciting, considering cheerleaders are kind of supposed to be in charge of that..</p>
