I am a going to be a senior in high school next year and am interested to hear what anyone has to say about my predicament.

Instead of going down the 'president of 5 clubs and involved in every club there is to offer at my high school' road I choose to pursue sports. I am fairly talented athletically and I enjoy sports more than student council or being the president of FBLA so I choose to play sports. Because I am always busy after school with my sports I have never held a leadership position in a club but I aspire to attend a selective university (maybe an ivy, but more likely Northwestern, Vanderbilt, etc.). How much have I lowered my chances of getting into a selective school by choosing to play sports? (I have held several leadership positions within my sports, but is that equivalent to being a president of a club???)

Sports Achievements:
Freshman year: JV Basketball, JV Softball
Sophomore year: JV Golf, JV Basketball (Captain), Varsity Softball
Junior year: Varsity Golf, Varsity/JV Basketball (Captain of JV), Varsity Softball
Senior year: Varsity Golf (Captain for sure), Varsity Basketball (likely to be Captain), Varsity Softball (Captain for sure)

For reference, I will list a few of my academic achievements:
Un-weighted GPA- 4.0, Weighted- approx. 4.5, PSAT/NMSQT- 223 (very likely national merit in my state), SAT- 2140, ACT+Writing- 33 (composite= 34)
