<p>i was waitlisted when i applied during my senior year, and given GT for spring 09 semester.</p>
<p>So you're one of THOSE people, messing up the transfer rates and such. Just kidding.. seems like a lot of NYU people that are transferring/thinking about transferring</p>

<p>I applied for housing before "registering" but havent received any updates. Is there a way to find out where I'd be staying?</p>

<p>I already did that. It says I submitted the form on the 18th. I was just curious to know if theres a way to see where I was placed. Unless it takes them some time...</p>
<p>Oh sorry, I was assuming you just mailed in the form. For me, when I submitted the form in the morning, my decision came back on the housing portal website later that afternoon. This was sometime around Dec. 10th, maybe they were busier when you sent in though, I am not sure. Do you know where to check on the website? I also received a confirmation e-mail letting me know they had placed me somewhere.</p>
<p>Did you pay anything else besides the coupon? I just sent that out so maybe thats why I havent received anymore info?</p>
<p>Nope, I only payed the deposit. In fact, I didn't even pay the deposit before receiving my housing placement..which seems to be the case for a lot of the spring transfers I think</p>
<p>Dont leave nyu for ilr it aint worth it. ILR is all pro-union propaganda. Worst school at Cornell!I know from experience.</p>
