<p>okay, so my application status for fall 2012 changed from file under review to being waitlisted on Mid-June. They didnt make a decision until August 3rd. I was told from GT admissions office that there were approximately 90 students on the waitlist (this was after I got rejected). No idea how many students got in, but I believe majority got rejected :(</p>

<p>Thank you for the info. Has any one heard a decision from GT for the Spring 2013 transfer? it is getting tight every day and wonder what is going on??? can someone please tell me what is going on regarding the Spring 2013 transfer decisions? Has anyone been accepted?</p>
<p>Mine is still under review, but I have a feeling that they will notify some early applicants tomorrow. I actually registered my application on august 20th, so it’s been more than 5 weeks for me. It’s about time</p>
<p>I applied in August for Spring 2013, so I was definitely early. I got an email a few days ago saying that they need to evaluate more of my courses to make a decision, and it’s been about 4 days and my courses are still being evaluated I guess. </p>
<p>I applied for chemical engineering, hope I get in! Anyone else applying for chem e?</p>

<p>Lucky you, at-least there is some hope for you. I asked my admission counselor about the course syllabus requirement and he said they do not need it at the moment but should need arise they will let me know. It got me thinking, I have been waiting for this long and yet nothing appears on the horizon. No clue, no nothing; all that is there is the anxiety. He however said that course evaluation is done once you are accepted or if you have additional courses after acceptance. The admission counselor depends on the Region where your state is if you are in the United States. <p>Well the school I’m coming from apparently only had two classes (calc 1 and english 1) evaluated, so I had to submit all the others so they could make a decision I guess. </p>
<p>I’m not taking it as a good sign lol, just as a “hey we don’t even know if your courses are sufficient so we can’t even review your application…”</p>
<p>I remember seeing a chart (I’ll try to find), and it showed the number of students tech admitted for each program for the past 4 years. Most of the engineering programs admitted around 50 students on average for each semester</p>

<p>My overall is 4.0 and I’m an in-state resident applying for chem e. I’m worried about my lack of engineering classes though!</p>

<p>My overall is 3.95, I think have more than 60 transferable credits.</p>
<p>I have 46 that I submitted for evaluation since no classes had ever been evaluated from my school… Hopefully I’ll submit more if I get accepted</p>
