<p>I was like that until I got accepted. Trust me it will catch you by suprise. Word of advice, get all your immunization documents ready so that you have everything ready for when/if you get accepted! I just finished everything. All I have left is signing up for a preview date. <p>I didn’t get in.
My GPA was a 3.1, coming from Santa Fe College in Gainesville for Mechanical Engineering.</p>
<p>It says that I didn’t have enough pre-professional courses completed, but my last three pre-professional classes are in progress so I will be talking to them in person tomorrow about their decision.</p>

Yes, I applied before the deadline. I think it was about 2 weeks after it was available online.</p>
<p>Sorry to hear that Andrew, hopefully you received some good news when you contacted them. Keep your head up and don’t give up on UF. Keep workin at it :)</p>
<p>I called and they said I didn’t have the grades. Only 3 people were able to transfer to the Mechanical Engineering school at UF for the spring anyways, so there was no chance. With such a limited number of openings, I am better off going elsewhere and continue studying instead of stalling and trying to reapply.
Although I could have gotten into better colleges, I will be going back home and start studying at FAU. Good luck everyone</p>
