<p>@emily413 Not necessarily. I don’t believe they really grouped decisions based upon whether or not they were positive or negative. There are some applicants who applied for the same program who didn’t get in who found out before I did. I think it’s random so stay positive.</p>

<p>@limjuliana Yeah, I may be wrong but I don’t think domestic students were allowed to fax them. They wanted them by mail. Either way, it should take less then a week to get there and processed so I think it’s okay.</p>

<p>@emart95 I mailed my deposit today. Since I sent a check I didn’t need to fill out the card info on the bottom right? I did include that paper with my check but that only needed to be filled out if I didn’t do check/money order?</p>
<p>@xokikixo Yes. I opted to fill out my credit card info because I don’t write checks and I’m not even sure what a money order is. You just put your info on the lines and include the check properly made out to FIT. Then they should receive it shortly. I hate to ask especially if you already said it, but where are you from exactly? Ik you said you are going to commute.</p>
<p>@emart95 I’ve never written a check before either so I had my mom help. And okay, phew. I didn’t fill out the paper since I did the check option rather than the card info so I’m all good then! </p>

I meant the top part with your name and signature and stuff. And oh, okay. That makes sense. I’m from the eastern end of LI. Would commute but a 3 hour long commute one way sounds horrifying. Do you have to send any residency forms to prove you’re from NY or no?</p>

<p>If you need help or tips on the city I can help with whatever I know. When do you think they’ll have us make our schedule? And did you apply for full time student or part?</p>
<p>@xokikixo I’ve gotten pretty well-acquainted with Manhattan over the past year and I’m really good at directions and navigating but if I do, I will be sure to ask you lol. Schedules are made at orientation, I believe. And that’s kind of crappy because it’s so close to classes but again, we (applicants for this program for spring 2015) really are the only people taking our classes so it shouldn’t be hard to get into classes. I am a full-time student, mostly because unless there are certain conditions, you can’t study part-time at FIT and receive housing. </p>

<p>@limjuliana Oh okay. I thought I read that it’s at orientation. Maybe we’re supposed to register ahead of time but then at orientation you can adjust your schedule and meet with a counselor probably.</p>
<p>I recieved an email that my toefl score is missing… I contact with admission counsler and send a proof of my toefl score reporting confirmation mail. Also they send an email that they received my toefl score on september. I feel really ackward and worrid, i dont know what to do right now. They will give updated admission status on monday… I have to wait another thing… OMG just big SIGH…</p>
<p>It should be okay. They did that with my high school transcript. AGAIN. I have to call them and straighten that out as well.</p>
