<p>I appealed my USC decision, and I just got the news that I've been accepted as a spring admit! Is anyone else who got admitted for spring 2011 seriously considering the offer? And could anyone tell me about their personal experience with being a spring admit?</p>

<p>Spring admits have such a great deal. You can go to another University, Community College or just take the fall term off as a gap and do something interesting like language immersion, a service trip etc. In the Spring you then begin your studies at USC. If you went to another college during the fall you can transfer those credits. It is always best to try to take courses that would transfer as GE’s at USC (so check this out first) and then you are right on the same track as the fall admits. USC will actually lose some spring admit students because they will go to another University in the Fall and fall in love with that University.</p>
