<p>I was admitted to Viterbi for Astronautical Engineering. My admission is for spring 2011 though. I was accepted to other colleges and wanted to know If I could go to for example, a UC, and then transfer to USC in the spring? Is this at all possible because I really don't want to attend a community college.</p>

<p>I was wondering the same thing too. If I could go to a UC instead of a community college, that’d be great. And would the UC have to be on a semester system since USC is on a semester system?</p>
<p>hi! so im a spring admit from last year, and im pretty sure that you can go to a UC if you want, you can look up information on what transfers on the articulation agreement online…i know people who like went to santa clara or university of Arizona first semester…but just so you know i would actually recomend going to a CC. I know it seems kind of sucky, and since everysingle person in my graduating class went to a really good university, i was really skepticle, but it actually worked out. Because each class is 3 units instead of 4 at a CC, I was able to do 4 General Education classes and 1 class for my major while most people can only do 4 classes at USC. Also, GEs are really hard at USC and why not get as many out of the way while you can…once you start at usc, you must complete all GEs at USC</p>
