SRAR Semesters or Full Year

Hi, I'm working on the SRAR right now, and I'm wondering if I should separate my full year classes into semesters? I have a different letter grade for each semester for a class so should I just enter my classes as semesters?

Also, do I have to put the class name as exactly as it says on my transcript? For an example, I (obviously) took Language Arts in ninth grade but it's Language Arts 9 on my transcript, and it's not an option besides me putting it in myself.

If your transcript lists a final grade, then you only need to put the at the SRAR. But really you should make the SRAR look as similiar to your official transcript as possible.

If you took “language arts” in 9th grade and the SRAR gives you the option of “language arts 9” then you select that. Small differences like a year number wont make a difference.

I dont have a final grade. I have two grades for a class which is one for each semester. So would I just split them up?

That’s what I did. For example if I took English and got an A first semester and a B second semester than on SRAR I put:

1st semester/ English / A
2nd semester/ English / B

So I would say yes to doing it by semester
