SRJC IGETC Certification?

I probably don't need to worry about this just yet seeing that the UC's haven't even released decisions yet, but i'm wondering how exactly you get the IGETC certification.

I talked to Admissions and Records and they told me that it can be done online when you order transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse, and that all you have to do is "check the box that asks if you are IGETC certified." The problem is, I went on to try this and see if it was an option, but I couldn't find it..

If anyone could help clear things up that would be great. I hope i'm not missing something that's right in front of me..

Have you talked to your school’s admissions office about it or UC’s? If it’s the UC, talk to your college’s office. I know my school is still old school and doesn’t have online transcripts -____-… So the paper we fill out have some box that says CSU […] /// IGETC certification.

Or unless someone who dealt with NSC knows, take the gold in the answer :-)

I talked to my school’s admissions office. Right now I’m sort of wishing that we had the paper forms too just so I could actually find the box. haha
