SSAT Calculations

Hey guys,

I just got my SSAT scores back and my percentiles are extremely low compared to many of you all. I see 90+ percentiles everywhere and I was wondering which ones they are referring to. On my score report, I have scaled scores and something called the SSAT reference information.

Is my "percentile":
1. Scaled score/800 x100 (total score/2400 x100)
or
2. Percentile on the SSAT Refence Information

Thank you all!

It’s the percentile compared to test takers of grade and gender, not the percentage out of 2400. The reference lists the average scores for grade and the subtest and overall percentile.
