SSAT scores!

So, I just received my scores from the January 5th testing date. I am applying to Exeter, Andover, Deerfield, Choate, and St. Paul's. I was wondering if I would have to retake, since my reading score was pretty bad.

Math: 95%
Verbal: 90%
Reading: 59% :(

Overall: 90% or 2244

yes. If the schools will accept the Feb scores. the reading will stick out-- not that it is dispositive, but schools “super score” so why not?

I also took the SSAT on January 5th and got 2265, but 95%. I thought that form of the test was pretty hard. There’s no chance of retaking it though for andover/exeter. The deadline’s before.

I just got my SSAT scores back. 81 percentile on reading, 83 on verbal, but 28 on math. 64 percentile overall, and total score of 2,076. I only took the test once on January 5th, and only had about 2 weeks to study for it. Also, I’m in honors math (Algebra 1) and have straight A’s. Will the admissions committee be concerned with my math score, or will they just assume I haven’t learned the material yet.

Thanks for any help!

I am applying to Hotchkiss, Choate, and Loomis with a 66% overall. Can someone from either if these three schools tell me if this decent sc

Your scores are not ideal for Hotchkiss or Choate, their averages are in the mid to high 80’s so i would try to get it up to atleast a 75%. Also, Andover is accepting the February scores as long as you send it directly to them.
