Does anyone know if Juniata stacks merit awards? For instance, can a student receive a diversity scholarship on top of a merit scholarship?

I don’t know, but that is a good question. A friends of ours found out that although some colleges have scholarships for diversity, EC’s, siblings, stats, etc. there is a unseen * that you later find out means, you can’t get one if you get the other. Some colleges though will give out more than one. Maybe a quick note to admissions will help, although saying they can do it and actually doing it, students can attest too.

I called and asked about this and the admissions officer told me that they could be stacked.

My D got her acceptance letter today with the Quinter scholarship, but no mention of the diversity scholarship.

My d is a junior, but what I was told by a parent of a student who was also accepted there for this coming fall is that the diversity scholarship is not determined until after the FAFSA application is complete. I think the range of the diversity scholarship must be tied to financial aid somehow. You should call and as the Financial Aid office to be sure. Congrats on the acceptance Susanr64. I am hoping next year my daughter will get accepted!
