Standardized Tests

How does NU weigh the standardized tests? See, I've had straight 90s in math all through high school, hardest courses (all honors and into B/C calc currently).

Now, my SATs were:
1st time (V/M/W): 760, 600, 750
2nd time: 740, 650, 660 (yeah, ***?)
So, grand total: 760, 650, 750.

My ACTs were:
1st time: 28 math, 36 reading, 30 sci, 31 english, 32 writing.
2nd time: 29 math, 34 reading, 31 sci, 32 english, 32 writing.

How are they going to look at those math scores? My whole chances thread is earlier if you want to see the other stuff, but as NU has a really high 25th percentile for SAT math (670!) which I am lower than, and ACT 25th percentile (28...I am a little higher on that one). How do they handle that kind of thing?

I wouldn't worry about it . . . my highest ACT Science score was a 27 (composite 31) and I got into Medill, the journalism school. I would think that they consider what school you're applying to, if anything. So maybe if you want to get into McCormick, you'd be in trouble against all those people with high 30's in math. But otherwise . . . I don't think it matters as much as you fear. :)
