<p>UW is one you are into. I lived in Seattle 9 years, so I know a bit (not alot, since I moved at 9). Berkeley you are a match for, in my opinion. Stanford I would say is a reach. The rest I don’t know enough about.</p>
<p>Consider Harvey Mudd College.
It’s an excellent science and engineering school, competitive with your list.
The entering class is pretty even, gender-wise.</p>
