<p>Well, now that I have your attention, will someone please answer the question? My question is about stanford online decisions, so i didn't lie. I can't change the title now.</p>

<p>ugh lighten up already. the decisions will be posted similar to those in SCEA. online confirmation, then an email, then the snail mail. As far as when this will happen, 3 or 4 days before april 1st, stanford will send you an email telling you all the deatails of their online system for finding out if you got in and then obviously the snail mail will arrive depending on how far/close you live to palo alto. there are a few other links on CC about this smae question so just search a bit ..</p>

<p>nooo stanford will give you a heads up that "decisions will SOON come out" and then give you your online account number to check online. decisions are still out on april 1</p>

<p>I think waiting for results should be considered "cruel and unusual punishment". If some old lady can get a million bucks for being "burned" by McDonald's coffee, we f-ing deserve $100 million for severe emotional and psychological trauma. Btw, is it normal that I'm DREAMING about Stanford rejection letters, or is that just foreshadowing?</p>
<p>I had the <em>worst</em> dream about admissions the other night. I dreamed Jon Carroll (a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle) called to tell us my son was admitted. Then Stanford contacted us to say there had been a mistake and several students were told they were admitted, but they weren't. Then they told us to wait until we got the real admission decision. Then, I dreamed that I was dreaming, and woke up, and found out he was admitted. Then in my dream, I dreamed that I woke up from <em>that</em> dream, and wasn't sure if it was a dream or not. </p>
<p>I woke up at 5:30 AM, and was sure I should check email or something, because maybe he'd been admitted, I was so fuzzy on what was real or not. Terrible freaking dream.</p>
