Sounds like CSLC with upgrades. Will it be useful (educationally and apropos admissions) or should I keep my money?

If I should keep my money, are there any programs that you would recommend?

EPGY has an excellent reputation -- much more so than CSLC.

alot depends on who you are and what you want -- what grade are you in and what are you looking for in a program?

keep in mind that summer programs do not usually help with admissions -- what does help is that you spent your summer constructively, a program may give you an opportunity to try some thing new or go more in-depth in a field of interest, and you may be able to get a teacher rec out of the program.

also -- there is a summer programs forum here on CC and if you read through the posts, you can get all kinds of information.

Thanks for the heads-up,
I am currently s Junior, and I want to do something useful this summer. EPGY looks like it would be great education wise, but the prices are a bit steep for something for which I'm being entreated to join.

prices are steep for most summer programs, but financial aid is available if you really need it (at many, but not all programs).

definitely check out the summer programs forum for ideas of other options
