stanford still hasn't received my transcript

<p>hey guys,
I requested transcript and everything from my school to stanford before winter break.
but i have recently received an email saying they still haven't received my transcript, secondary school report, and one of the recommendations.
i'm asking my counselor to fax the transcript and the school report tomorrow.
would i get penalized for this?</p>

<p>also, do you guys know if they tell you which teacher's recommendation they have recieved? cuz in the email, they only referred to it as the recommendation #2</p>

<p>my teacher 2 mailed his recs last dec, and faxed it 3x this month (yes, 3x), and still stanford says they have not received it yet. i dont know what to do anymore. i called, and they said not to worry about it, and that they might just have it somewhere???</p>
