<p>vinnyli, I am going to have to replace Nova with UT-Austin. Nova doesn’t have big-time football, Philly would not be considered a warm weather city, and to be honest, I think Texas and the other schools on your list are better academically.</p>

<p>How is Cornell underappreciated? If anything, it is overrated. It has the worst academic reputation of all the Ivy’s and quite frankly, it isn’t that hard to get into.</p>

<p>I fail to see how Rice and Georgetown are underappreciated.</p>

<p>Rice is definitely underrated. It is a great school but most people, at least in the northeastern US, would never think of Rice in the first wave of top schools. I only know one top student from my home area to apply there.</p>
