<p>Does PSU look at weighted or unweighted GPA? I have a 3.74uw/3.9w with very low SAT scores. I'm hoping my GPA will help me.</p>

<p>I'm instate. The Honors College isn't that easy to get in...</p>

In my oppinion Schreyers is admissions are similar to the Ivy Leauge, it has as much to do with the person as a whole and what they bring to the table as it does with grades. For instance my Valadvictorian did not get in to there or to any of the Ivys primarily because he was not well rounded. They disqualify people based on their achidemics then from that pool admit people based on other factors. Based on that fact essays, extracuriculars, service and recomindations become important. From what I remember they asked a lot of questions about you as a person including what books you have read in the past year.</p>

<p>Soccersloy: When I said low, I meant 3.5 -3.7 UW - I think weighted is also important to the honors college. A couple of accetees in my son's high school were not even top 10% but were solid, well rounded students. Other with great numbers were rejected...</p>

<p>Can anyone offer their stats that may be one the lower end??</p>
