I am a currently a Junior. I attend a visual and performing art's high school. I'm in the Visual department so my portfolio is quite strong. I was wondering, if there is anyone who either is in the program or knows it well, what Studio Art with Steinhardt involves? If it allows students to double major? Really just any sort of inside information.

Also, what kind of academic standing should a student applying for Studio Art have? (I know that the art portfolio is half of applications). I have taken the SAT, so here is some of my info.

GPA (unweighted): 3.6
SAT: 2050
AP: US History (4), Art History (5), Environmental Science (4)
SAT II: US History 750 English Lit 720
Volunteer work: art therapy volunteer at the hospital, museum work, roots and shoots work, blahblahblah

I hypothesis that I would have strong recs and essay so that shouldn't be of issue.
