This is sorta my fault, but it is also the fault of the university.

I am applying to university of maryland college park and I submitted part I by their priority deadline and dec 1 is the deadline for part II.

Today, I finished proofreading part II (the essay, and resume). I finalized my attachments and attached the files to the application. I was pretty much set. I saved it and wanted to show my parents for a final review before sending. I double checked everything on there and just to be sure, I tried to hit "save". But, somehow, my hand jerked and hit the "submit" button right next to the save button. In that split second, I was thinking "oops, hit the wrong button. no worries. there is going to be a confirmation screen..."

To my surprise, the screen said "application sent. fee paid". I was like OMG!. I know I paid the fee along with part I, but that is no reason to just send the application without a confirmation screen.

It is ridiculous. Why in the world would anyone put "THE SEND BUTTON" on the same page as the application?

The problem now is that when I click, print application, my resume and essays dont show up. Is it because I attached them rather than typing them? When I logged back on, it only shows the name of the attachment and a green check mark for the activities and the resume. I am assuming that the attachments were sent along with the application...but which version got sent? What if I forgot to save my word document and sent an older version of the essay?

All these thought are going through my head. What do I do? Should I email the admissions office and ask them whether they can send me the application as they see it? I live 20 miles away from the university, so should I go in person?
