I contact the financial aid office but there is no reply, what should I do?
Am I already late?
Kind of worry.

Call and let them know!

yeah, call them, but the forms are online.

I'm afraid of getting answers like "We decide to reject you so there is no need to give you the financial aid package"

I HIGHLY doubt they'd do that - they send everyone a letter in about 2 weeks anyways telling the applicants if they're missing stuff or have everything, so it's not like they'd go ballistic on you.

Colleges are never disrespectful when deciding to reject applicants. To do that would be disrespectful. Please call them and let them know that you are missing information and would like to receive it.

They replied but only told me it is not too late to turn it in.
I download the app online, but I am still extremely confuse on how the whole thing works.
Can any one help?
I know there is a checklist on there, but I have nothing in account and really am having a hard time on all the things that are required to do.
I am the first person in our family applying to an US University and the only person that can read formal English, so basically I have to do everything on my own.

If any one can help?
Or just tell me where I can get the right information about all the things required for specifically Penn's financial aid application.
I do not want to email or call the financial office about questions that are maybe obvious to others.

Thanks~

look at your tax forms? i tried it, it's not that hard.

What is the financial aid package? Is it mandatory? I didn't even know we need to fill one out.

I sent an email a few days ago to Penn asking them about it, but they haven't replied.

Oh crap, I just downloaded the forms myself.
How were we supposed to know about these things if the Common App or Penn don't say antyhing about it?

Do we have to do the federal student aid and the CCS profile?
What are those exactly and what do they do?

CSS profile and penn form 6 are due nov 1 if you applied ED. Fafsa not due til 2008. I just did them both today, a little late but they still should accept them.
