still never heard back...?

in the fall i applied regular decision to northeastern university. i got a letter from northeastern on december 20th saying they received my application and were going to review it. it is now march 2nd and i still haven't heard anything form them. does this mean there is a good chance that i did not get accepted because it's been so long?

According to the admissions blog for the past two years they have released decisions around March 10th.

I’m still waiting on results (I applied back in October and was deferred,) and one of my friends who applied RD hasn’t gotten hers either.

We’re both pulling our hair out in apprehension, but don’t worry about not getting your results yet; you’re not alone. :)

Same with me! I applied in October, was deferred in December and still have not heard back. They say by April 1st but I am hoping sooner!

They said that they will notify anyone by April 1. I’m part of the Northeastern 114th Entering Class Facebook page, and there are still people being accepted, so don’t worry yet!

gabshel, I’m happy there’s actually someone else in my situation! :D

And with all these people getting scholarships and into the honors program, I’m afraid I won’t be good enough to get accepted, let alone into those programs (especially since I was deferred.) I have awesome ACT scores, but only a decent GPA.

genericlogin, what is your intended major? I know people in my grade who got in with same or lower stats than me with scholarships. I think it depends on the major as well because some or more competitive than others. I’m doing physical therapy, and I think that is their most competitive major.
