Still waiting..............

At this point I have done every chance me site out there and all say that many people with the same statistics as my son have been accepted however an equal number have not. He applied in late October, we did a UD Discovery Day over the summer and he had an interview in November that seemed to go well. He plays 2 Varsity sports and has numerous clubs and volunteer work. SAT was 560/610/550 of 1720 and a 3.48 GPA
I know I prpbably only have a week more to wait but was wondering if others with these statistics have been accepted or denied?

@Honeypie1212 my D had very similar scores and GPA. She also played 2 varsity sports, we did tour last March, interview end of November, Girl Scout Silver Award, National Honor Society, English National Honor Society, 1 AP class. She found out about 2 weeks ago she was accepted into Business school. No merit scholarship from Udel but received nice merit from all other schools she was accepted into. I know how difficult the wait can be. Hang in there.

honeypie – if it helps, here are my son’s stats (he was WL): 2.84 GPA UW; 23 composite ACT; 1 Varsity sport that he’s done 4 years; lots of community service. Didn’t visit; didn’t interview. Your son sounds stronger in every respect. So if my son got waitlisted, here’s hoping your son will get in!

I’m still waiting :expressionless: I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing.

Right there with you Emily96. Another day with no change.

Does anyone know if there is a common deadline for UD to notify applicants of a decision? 4/1? I thought for sure we would have heard on Friday :-(

They promised to have all decisions out by April 1st. I don’t think that’s going to happen.
