I had this same problem last year:
I’m a Math & CS Major
I got in to Binghamton & Stony Brook Honors program - note that I also got full tuition payed for Stony Brook (and Bing almost never gives out merit based scholarships to freshman)

I chose Binghamton for a few reasons: social life, getting off LI and competitiveness.
Social Life: If you’re into that stuff, there’s parties basically every weekend. If not, there’s something called “Late Nite” that provides different activites every Fri. and Sat. And there’s a lot of club participation (I sometimes stay out until 2 AM with the Game Club) Stony Brook got voted as the most depressing campus by US News.
And its generally accepted that Bing is more competitive than Stony. Even the lamest kids in my class got in.

The quality of the classes will be comparable. Their are good professors in both schools, both have a lot of active researchers ect. ect. So that really shouldn’t be a decision.

And CS grads do good things. Last week we had a former BearCat come in and talk to the freshman CS class who works for Guitar Hero. Very Cool.

So, I hope you make the right choice! (Bing) :)
