strange and sketchy

Everyday, I try to venture to ssat.org to see if I know the ssat word of the day.

They used to be EXTREMELY hard, but now they are easy words like gobble and immense. Are they going through a lower level cycle? or am I just incredibly intelligent for knowing the word "gobble?" Yahh! Go me!

LOL...ummm..you are 'immensely' intelligent to 'gobble' up WoTD. But really, I've noticed WoTD both at SSAT and at SAT vary hugely in difficulty.

SSAT words of the day... hmm, i never found one challenging word. But vocab is my thing.. but still, some of them were really, reallllyyyy juvenile. "Intellectual" was one.
But, hey I suck at math.

Yeah, but the ones on the actual SSAT are insane! I got 69%!

I did well in math in reading so I guess it really didn't matter.

But still..."gobble" ??? I think I knew how to define that when I was three!

& I'm not so intuative to vocab! I don't have an "immense" array of selections of words when speking or writing. lol.

i am . i get dictionary.com's wotd .
they are challenging enough .
but i love vocab . ( part of the reason i love latin )
i am a weird combo . not really a math /sci . more of a lit / sci
