Strategy for Jan. 2016 SATs

Just got back scores from Dec. SATs. When superscored with my Oct. test scores, the new composite is 2080. I was hoping to break 2100, and get over 700 in each section. My math score is my lowest (680). I’m a junior and would like to be done with the Jan. test. Would it be a good strategy to spend the next 4 weeks just really cramming in practice math sections in the hopes of raising that score?

I have a 710 in CR and 690 in W, which I can live with. My only worry is that if I don’t practice the other 2 sections enough, my scores in those sections could drop (I didn’t practice Writing at all between the Oct. and Dec. tests because I wanted to raise my other scores, which I did, but my writing score dropped 20 points). I know superscoring will preserve those highest numbers, but if I have to send all scores to a school, I’m afraid lower scores in later tests may look bad. I’m tempted to pass on this 3rd test altogether, but it was a crazy Fall with sports and school work. I feel as if I’ll finally have time over the holiday break to really give Math a lot of attention. Any thoughts or similar experiences? Thanks.
