Stressed out senior, what are my chances at these schools?

Hi! I’m about to start my senior year on Tuesday and is already really stressed about college. Here are my stats:

I am Asian from New York.
Rank: N/A
ACT: 30
GPA: 92 unweighted, 100 weighted
APs: AP World (2), APUSH (4), AP English (2), AP Stats, AP Gov, AP Bio
(I know my AP scores are bad)
Class Rigor: All honors and APs, except I took 4 regular classes
Senior Course Load:
Common Core Precalc H
AP Stats
AP Bio
AP Gov
Syracuse English
Recommendations: I’m gonna get one from my math teacher (we’re really close) and my APUSH teacher who apparently writes really good recommendations (I’m her intern)
Major: undecided (leaning towards accounting)

What are my chances at these schools? Thank you!

Oh I forgot to mention, I would be applying to the ILR school at Cornell. Honestly, I’m not expecting a lot, I just hope to get a guaranteed transfer option at most!

Definitely retake the ACT.
Also, for some schools legacy only helps you in the early round.

Stony brook and Binghamton are extra competitive these days, I would recommend looking at your high school naviance to see the range of students who have gotten in with similar stats. I was looking on our school naviance yesterday with my s and it was interesting to see how high some of the stats were of the kids that got in.

I hope you get in to one of them but it never hurts to retake this early on I think? Neither does early application and you will have your score before the application is due.
