I have a strong SAT scores, ACT scores, and GPA. But I have very few extracurriculars. I plan on taking 13 AP courses throughout my high school career, and I’m getting As in most of them. I am an Indian citizen, but I did complete all of my education in the States. What are my chances for Johns Hopkins? (keep in mind I still have some time to improve my resume, so any suggestions will help)
No one can tell you for sure. If your objective stats are competitive for Hopkins (which you can check using the common data set and freshman profile from the past few years) then you have a > 11% chance (the latest general admission rate) of getting in. Beyond that nobody can say.

It’s not about how many ECs you have…it’s about the depth. Achievements, dedication, passion, etc.
If someone is a national/global award winning violin player and does meaningful volunteer work on the side, who cares if he/she does a bunch of other stuff??
What ECs do you have? I know working hard and seeing great stats is awesome, but think about it this way: So do thousands of other applicants. The reason ECs and other factors are so heavily weighed at competitive schools is because they have to have a way to differentiate people.
If you post your stats and ECs, people will be able to tell you more, but no one will be able to tell you your outcome except admissions. Just apply and see…
I go to a super competitive school and it’s insane to see some people get accepted over others. I know a few students who have had strong but almost significantly lowers GPAs than applicants from the same school, but they got in over the higher stats because of their ECs and essays and they deserved it.
Make yourself stand out.
