Student gov. election speech....help?

<p>So I'm running for chaplain at my school, yes, it is a small private Christian school.
I mainly want to do it for my transcript and the Student Government members get to go
to this city every year!!!</p>

<p>but...I don't plan on saying that for my speech.
ANy good advice for my speech?
I haven't started my campaign or any activities...
I think around two other people are running for this position.. :(</p>

<p>I prepared a nice speech for my election, I’m from a small school as well.</p>

<p>Turns out other candidates who shouted madly and spoke about funny but entirely irrelevant things won the election.</p>

<p>I was later unanimously appointed the position due to the winning candidates’ incompetence.</p>

<p>My suggestion? Shout and say funny stuff :D</p>
