So I just noticed that the Student Health Form is due before August 1st and it’s already the 27th of July. Somehow I thought it was before school starts and so I still have to make an appointment with my physician.

Is there a penalty if the formed is turned at a later time?

Or, since he may not be on Facebook, you could just answer the question right here.

You should be fine as long as you get it done asap. Contact the school if you're really worried. I'm actually in the same position as you though have an appointment on the 31st of July. The only real issue should be immunizations, and anyway I highly doubt any school will be saying no to your and/or your parents' money because of this!

2 of my friends did not get that all cleared up until a few weeks into school. it's an issue, but it's not going to cause them to rescind your acceptance. you should try your absolute best to get it done ASAP, but don't think your college career is over if you don't get it all completed by the start of school.

I don't think you should be that excited about it. Bottom line is just to get it in as soon as you possibly can. There's no point in leaving more room for trouble than necessary. The only thing I added was that if under your circumstances, you can't hand them in on time, just let them know and you won't be kicked out for something that silly (although health forms isn't really a silly thing).

haha the person who started the forum in the facebook group is me. anyway, in terms of immunizations, I'm cleared with all that. only thing i need is the meningococcal vaccine (req. by mass. law) and my physician to sign the health form and the immunizations record copy
