Season tickets just went on sale this morning. If you are savings trouble getting to the scarletnight ticket site and you are using AOL switch to explorer and you will get through.

totally not worth spending $77.

given there was a huge expansion in seats, there will be plenty of seats to go around.
just register for the free ones at 10 pm on the scheduled dates and you’ll still be at the games.

just saying.

I decided to get them so I could get the guest season tickets too so I can bring friends.

I think it’s a pretty good deal because I’d probably be too busy to remember to register for each game and then I would be mad if I couldn’t go! haha $11/game is not bad at all.

$77 is ridiculous especially for a school like Rutgers that doesn’t have a strong program. My friend goes to Pitt they pay $25, other friend at UMD their season tickets are free!!!

i got the season tix last year, definitely not worth it i think, even if they did do somewhat decent. a bunch of my friends didn’t get it and never paid for tickets because there was always plenty with the current stadium.

Rutgers once again have a soft home schedule. Only Pitt and WVU coming in this season while our other home games are against the “great” Howard, FIU and Texas Southern. Rutgers really need to start thinking about making a stronger schedule, its one thing to have 2 softies every season, but it seems to me every year Rutgers schedule one strong out of conference game and the rest are against DII schools.

But then again I’m usually very bitter at the football team and am a big supporter of the soccer team, which also isn’t too great at the moment lol

$77 won’t be worth it when the “sea of red” starts to disperse halfway through the 3rd quarter as a result of us getting massacred by [insert Division II school here]

Off topic: I laughed at AOL reference.

the Big East is going to be very weak this year and we have a ridiculously easy schedule. The opener against Cincy is a huge game. If we can steal that one we have a chance at the Big East title…

So for those who didn’t buy the season tickets, think there’s a good shot at the lottery ones? I didn’t buy the season tickets because I wouldn’t be able to go to every game but once in awhile I’d like to go with my girlfriend…

you could only get one lottery ticket, at least thats how it was last season. Some games they offer “guest tickets” but thats usually for games against the lesser opposition. I remember last season I was able to take my dad to the Morgan State game where the stadium was not filled at all.

I only got rejected once for the lottery ticket, and thank goodness because that was the UNC game lol…and the only reason why because I waited a few days to try to get them. If you do it when the tickets first come out you should get them

When you get your lottery ticket (which is a print out) make sure to bring your ID to the entrance

Yeah I’d have to go with guest tickets cause I don’t go to the school yet… lol
