study conditions---lamps

<p>seeing how parents could have more of an idea on this...</p>

<p>What watt bulbs do you guys use for studying?</p>

<p>I heard anything above a 60 is bad fr the eyes....</p>

<p>Is your a table lamp, upqward lamp, or a recessed amp from the cieling? Sounds stupid, i know, but i just relized that on eof the reason i procastinate is cuz of mylamp...makes my eyes hurt, :+(</p>

<p>What do you guys use? what would you recommend?</p>

<p>Ott table lamp for both kids. Still on the same cool daylight-balanced bulbs that were in them when bought, almost six years ago. Bright yet easy to work under. I have an Ott floor lamp next to my favorite reading chair.</p>

<p>Also watch out for halogen lamps- they're not allowed at some schools</p>
